To keep the chat easier to read, it would be awesome to have each user assigned to their own "bot" user. Basically they talk through the bot.

This could be done two ways:

  • Webhooks, with a custom icon and username set
  • A bot user

Webhooks might be rate limited but webhooks would be harder to manage.
